I'm Dr.Shell and I'm a Soul Food Chef and Caterer in Atlanta, Georgia.
Here are a few facts about me:
✨My favorite meal to cook is Oxtails and gravy over rice
✨I have three beautiful adult children and a grandson that I love dearly.
✨I've been cooking food with love for over thirty years.
✨I believe that food is one of the greatest ways to bring together family, friends, and new communities. Through food is how I express love, hospitality, and joy.
I decided to finally create this blog to share my love of food, my family, and more of who Chef Shell is outside of the kitchen. I hope you all are as excited for this journey as I am.
